Is a bra innovated by new technology (namely 3D printing) considered a garment? Or can it be submitted?

  Hi Sally,

  Thanks for writing and for your interest in New York's Next Top Makers. Bras made by traditional means or using 3D printing would both be considered garments, which are not eligible for the competition. The mode of production is not relevant.
